Windows phone growing

For several years now, Apple has been seemingly dominating the world of smart phones with each new rendition of the Iphone that they release. However, there is some competition with the fairly recent release of the Windows phone. Having been released just this year, their market is already expanding and growing to 37 new countries.

Microsoft has expanded its Windows Phone App Store to 37 new countries around the world, mostly in Africa and Asia.”

“The full list of new countries receiving the App Store is as follows: Angola, Armenia, Bangladesh, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Chad, Congo (DRC), Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guinea, Haiti, Honduras, Kenya, Liechtenstein, Madagascar, Malawi, Malaysia, Mali, Mozambique, Nicaragua, Niger, Pakistan, Paraguay, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Togo, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Yemen, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.”   -Stan Schroeder

On top of all this, the Windows app market is growing steadily and becoming much more sophisticated.
