Russian cars see everything

53079-russian-meteor-strike-injures-hundreds-highlights-danger-of-asteroidRecently, a meteor struck Russia. We have dozens of videos of it. How? EVERYONE in Russia has a dash-mounted camera.

While driving down the highway, dozens of motorists have videos of the meteor flying through the sky taken from their dash-cams. But why do they have camera’s mounted to their dash-boards? Because Russia has a very useless legal system that rarely takes first-hand driver accounts of accidents.
Their also awful drivers. Taken from the Wired article below, it states that “Russia averages 25.2 traffic fatalities per 100,000 people. The U.S., by comparison, had 13.9 road deaths per 100,000 people in the same year, despite having six times more cars” You can even search for “Russian dash-cam crash” on Youtube and look up car crashes, and even attempts at insurance fraud.
