Many say that water is the next most valuable commodity on earth. The water is totally drinkable. The water can be accessed with a tap at the bottom of the billboard.

Lima is the second largest capital city in the world located in a desert. The humidity in the area averages ninety eight percent so the water is always there. Many residents of the area get their water from dirty wells so this clean water is much needed. This one sign can only service so many people and many believe it would be a good idea to build more of these alchemical billboards.
