North Korea Allows Tourists to Bring Cellphones, and Have Access to 3G Network

For the first time ever, you can now bring your cellphone into North Korea, and not only that, you now have access to Instagram, and Twitter. Koryolink (a Korean and Egyptian joint venture company) launched the first ever 3G network in the country. Over the past two weeks, a few photos have surfaced on the internet via instagram of North Korean’s living their daily lives. Foreigners are the only ones allowed to use the mobile data service. The public in this country, for the most part, is not allowed internet access.
