Anyone ever been frustrated by having a mobile device that doesn’t have a charge when you need to use it most? I most certainly have! A Kickstarter project has recently been started, with 29 days to go. Ladies and gentlemen, there has been a backpack created that can charge up to 3 mobile devices on the go!
The southern Californian company, TYLT’s new found invention is called the “Energi Backpack.” This backpack acts as a place of storage and as a charging station. It houses a 10,400 mAh lithium-ion battery. It can charge three devices at once via USB ports. The backpack charger stores enough power to charge a smartphone four times and a typical tablet once, before it has to be recharged itself. Cool! That is one powerful battery.
This backpack has a plentiful amount of pockets to accommodate everything you need. Cables can be routed throughout the backpack so you could walk and talk with your charging smartphone. I want one!
TYLT is raising funds on Kickstarter. Backers who pledge at least $99 will get the bag early. By Wednesday afternoon, the Kickstarter campaign raised more than $16,500 of its $50,000 goal with 27 days left. I believe this new invention will take off at a rapid speed. The only downside to this backpack is that there is only one waterproof pocket in the whole case…not to shabby.
